About This Hub
The work of local 100% New Mexico initiatives is both heroic and demanding. Every step—securing funding, organizing teams, listening to residents, and building new systems of support—asks a lot of people working as volunteers who are already busy and often doing this on top of other jobs and responsibilities.
The Team 100% Help Hub is here to make that work a little easier. Each “How to” guide breaks big tasks into practical, doable steps, from running a book club with Anna, Age Eight to launching a county survey, recruiting team members, formalizing action teams, vetting the service directory, and seeking braided funding.
